Presale Program features

• We help you pick a stock plan or create a custom design.
• We help you choose from a menu of high quality finish options (cabinetry, flooring, tile, interior colors, etc.). We’ve narrowed it down to the  best options so that you are not overwhelmed.
• Before building begins, we enter into a fixed price contract with you, with all the expenses itemized. That means the price for your home is set at the start and will not change.
• We build the home and you purchase it upon completion.
