Welcome to our web site. We have almost 20 yrs of experience working as a local custom builder.  In this time we have designed and built over 120 custom homes, remodels, additions.  We have a number of unique commercial projects under our belt as well.  We love what we do.  Our customers have become good friends with many of them having us return to do a second, third and even fourth project for them.  All our work comes from our previous customers referring us to friends and family.  By prioritizing the relationship with our customers, we have built a solid and dependable reputation.

Justin Philips – Project Manager
I have been  working with Squalicum Builders for 10 years. I started as a general laborer, moved into a lead foreman position. Now I also design projects using the latest computer rendering software and I play a vital role in project management.  I received a BA in Psychology from Western Washington University. When I am not at work you can find me with my family, in the garden or on a mountain bike.  When I am on a project, I bring all I have to the table. I am a firm believer that hard work…works.
